The Technical Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for customer service, providing technical troubleshooting, producing service quotes and order processing. In addition, the Technical Service Coordinator will be planning scheduling and coordinating the field service technicians on service jobs in Canada.

Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Recommend problem solving, repair, maintenance and installation of brewery and separator systems by phone or email customer issues;
  • Assist with finalizing orders for invoicing;
  • Build quotes for onsite services;
  • Distribute tasks and coordinate the work of service technicians;
  • Receive calls from customers regarding service or service issues;
  • Build Parts lists for customers, internal and external;
  • Schedule field service technicians for onsite service;
  • Participate in the on call rotation for emergency calls from customers, at night or on weekends;
  • Working within SAP and CRM is central to these responsibilities;
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Mechanical maintenance planning or mechanically related certification
  • At least 2-3 years experience working in food , beverage , processing , manufacturing or similar industry;
  • Experience with SAP;
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Experience with Customer Service ERP;
  • Good customer service skills;
  • Ability to travel about 10% of the time including international;
  • Ability to ready engineering drawings; manuals and other technical documents;

  • Ability to speak in French would be consider an asset;

  • Some work in the evenings and on weekends is required.
