- Leadership & Management:
- Lead the build-up and scale of the IT Infra/End User Services and Cyber Security SRC at Hyderabad, India reporting to, and in coordination with the Global Head of IT Infra and End Users Services as well as Cyber Security Director in Fremont, CA.
- Provide the leadership in driving best-in-class processes around infrastructure deployments and maintenance, cyber security controls, Core IT applications and end user support systems.
- Engage with the functional teams to understand the functional capability requirements, bringing the business process and technical experience to drive a solution set that enables the system capability.
- Provide the functional SOX, SDLC and change control process leadership working closely with the governance team.
- Infrastructure Deployment and Maintenance:
- Plan, design, implement infrastructure deployments on time, on-budget and with high-quality in accordance with the corporate standards.
- Optimize the process to enable speed and agility of delivery.
- Bring the domain experience both from business process and technology to design and drive optimal solution set.
- Maintain the deployed infrastructure to corporate standards including patch management, vulnerability management, EOL replacements, etc.
- Implement and enforce standards controls in accordance with the IT Program
- Develop and document operating procedures for these activities.
- Establish consumable KPIs for measuring activities.
- Cyber Security
- Staying current with the latest cybersecurity news and trends, and being able to utilize that information to inform/update/adjust the current state of cybersecurity for the organization
- Manage teams and projects with the ability to plan, design, implement cybersecurity infrastructure deployments on time, on-budget and with high-quality in accordance with the corporate standards
- Observing all cybersecurity operations across the enterprise and managing the SOC and local cyber team that facilitates all cybersecurity operations
- Create, review, and update documentation that enables cybersecurity initiatives
- Have the ability to understand business needs and requirements to bridge them with cybersecurity that drives the overall SMART solution
- Understand and have experience with incident response processes and procedures, managing and reporting on incidents, and post incident activities
- Understand and have experience with vulnerability management process and procedures, working in a cross-functional environment for remediation activities
- Experience working with a Global Security Operations Center, ticketing, reporting, and other associated cybersecurity tasks
- Understand and have experience with cybersecurity risk management processes and procedures, as well as performing risk assessments
- Understand and have experience with security questionnaires for external partners
- Understand and have experience with disaster recovery processes and procedures as well as appropriate testing
- Understand and have experience with business continuity processes and procedures as well as appropriate testing
- Have experience with CIS controls and NIST CSF framework
- Understand and have experience with 3rd party monitoring of users and connections
- Understand and have experience with OT/ICS
- Implement and enforce policies and standards in accordance with the Cybersecurity Program
- Establish and report on cybersecurity relevant KPIs and KRIs
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of combined 20 years of experience in Management of Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure, Delivery, Support in preferably a multi-national manufacturing and supply chain company.
- Proven experience in building and successfully managing a similar shared-services construct.
- Strong technical background in one or more platforms and systems like Azure, AWS, Active Directory, Cloud Identity and Authentication, Office365, Anomalous user and network monitoring, DLP, EDR, Firewall and VPN, MES/Manufacturing systems etc.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
