We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner for our business. The role will be focusing on Indonesia and the main job function is to provide business and functional insight, to solve problems, improve performance and improve business decision making through Financial analytics, Decision support, Business Strategy and Planning, Performance & Business Management.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as 'owner’, working closely with GM of the country to enhance the overall performance of the business
  • Interpret MI: Qualitative interpretation and commentary for management reporting
  • Decision support analysis: Complex analytics, modelling and valuation as required by region/ central
  • Strategic planning, supporting budgeting and forecasting.
  • Customer relationship management & Business case development.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities, initiate change & mitigate Business Risks.
  • Work closely with all depts. including FP&A to ensure P&Ls / forecast accurate
  • Pursue 'costs out' opportunity in these projects
  • Any tax audits – Lead and work closely with Tax manager, Statutory accounting lead and any relevant parties
  • Manage risk and opps in these countries and highlight those on time.  Ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities delivered as fast as possible.
  • Work with relevant team members in finance team to ease any Wipro issues & ensure controls environment is ok - Bank mandate/stats/FCCs
  • Supporting Group tax team will tax filings and engagement with tax authorities
  • Work closely with FP&A, operations, sales to define the budget, ensuring that revenue is maximised
  • Leading and country restructuring work, including entity closure, fleet and inventory extraction

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Professional qualification in Finance & Business
  • Knowledge on regional business, customs, products, services & customer preferences
  • Commercial: understanding of revenue and cost drivers, opportunities and threats.
  • Functional: Understanding of operational processes, cross-functional interdependencies, supply chain, efficiency and quality drivers.
  • Strategic understanding: understanding of business dynamics, strategy analysis and formulation.
  • Continuous learning: learning beyond Finance requirements to improve social and technical cognition to synthesize knowledge.
