Key Responsibilities
▪ define & implement Sales strategies for the achievement of profitable growth
▪ develop and grow the national business in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management
▪ develop and implement a suitable and efficient national distribution organization
▪ develop and implement KA strategy (give guidance and support to the Key Accounts Manager for negotiations in all aspects)
▪ lead the Sales team effectively, with the highest integrity and efficiency
▪ active work with Marketing team in order to ensure: product rotation in and off shelf, profitability per shelf meter, shopper KPI achievement
Additional Responsibilities
▪ lead and support the distributors in terms of sales, distribution, and attend negotiation meetings together with Sales Managers
▪ manage Performance of Distributor & Key Accounts and prepare regular Business Review Meetings
▪ implement sales-force management and reporting tools
▪ negotiate with selected Key Accounts
▪ establish yearly (Sales- and) Marketing Budgets and Plans together with Marketing Manager
▪ ensure full compliance with all FHCS stated practices, strategic objectives & reporting deadlines

▪ all local employees & country management team
▪ large customers / distributors
Professional Experience and Education
▪ university degree
▪ at least 8 years of managerial experience in several sales functions
▪ experienced in guiding, leading and motivating a team
▪ experience in leading annual negotiations, preparation & execution of distributors contracts
▪ experience in leading & developing national Key accounts
▪ fluent in English
Specific Knowlegde
▪ good knowledge of trade structure and sales-force management
▪ overview knowledge on processes and principles of a P&L statement and financial key figures
▪ strong knowledge & understanding of local trade, customers & competitors
