Supports the Country Head of Marketing and/or the Senior Marketing Manager with the management of the respective product portfolio including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plans. The position holder will also take over a product category independently
Based on data analytics (sell in/ sell out), provide feedback on consumer/shopper insights competitive trends and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products in order to serve consumers
Prepare go-to-market trade marketing elements including, POS, retailer product assortment and pricing (both in-store and online). Work on flyer adaptations, planograms and In store activations.
Support the development and implementation of shopper marketing programs on all customer-owned platforms (website, in-store)
Participate in local and international functional or cross-functional projects (Digital, Media, New Product Development)
Master's Degree in Economics or Management, Marketing preferred
Plus 2 years of previous experience in Marketing in FMCG company
Able to perform market, financial and Sell-in/Sell-out analysis
Strong analytical and solution-oriented person with enthusiastic and flexible personality
Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Database (Nielsen, IRI)
Fluent in English
