Responsibilities:

  • Develop globally standardized and automated Energy Efficiency data analysis tools for all relevant as well as new applications and provide them to the colleagues. See Energy Efficiency as a Klüber Product.
  • Evaluate and analyze metrological data, derive conclusions and find value selling arguments for the use of Klüber specialty lubricants.
  • Formulate internal information sheets, Energy Efficiency data analysis leaflets and Value Case Studies.
  • Develop and establish our Beyond Lubrication activities towards sensors and related data analysis. Create a product for sales.
  • Interface with the internal structure to understand and apply necessary technical adaptations and upgrades for statistical data analysis.
  • Intensive collaboration with internal (especially IT and Analytics) and external partners as well as customers.
  • Travel to other KLx and customers to support projects regarding technical knowledge for data analysis.
  • Prepare and hold analysis trainings in all relevant specialist areas e.g. internal and ex-ternal customer trainings, specialist forums, etc.
  • Evaluate ongoing market and competitive analyses to adapt internal processes.
  • Operational planning for the area of responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Completed study in the field of statistics, data science, engineering, natural science or related fields, Data Analyst preferably with a focus on Sustainability Studies, Environmental Engineering and Renewable Energies.
  • Profound experience in lubricant sensors and analysis of the relevant data.
  • Ideally several years of sales, marketing or product management experience in relevant industrial sectors.
  • High level of problem-solving skills.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20% of working time), enjoy international and intercultural communication as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments in the company.
  • Ability to work in a team
