Your mission
You are responsible for winning new international accounts to nurture and expand relationships with our most strategic clients. This role ensures their long-term success. This role demands a proactive approach to customers.  
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key international clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that support their transition to regenerative agriculture.
    • Win accounts and grow revenue with new customers and within existing clients 
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and driving sales growth in international markets.
    • Own the entire process from outreach to signed deals (and possibly beyond)
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in regenerative agriculture.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business goals and client needs.
    • Find solutions for insetting customers along their supply chains 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Your profile
  • Location: Please note that this position is remote and therefore requires you to be based in the Czech Republic.
  • Experience: You have gathered at least 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the agriculture sector, preferably with a focus on regenerative or sustainable practices.
  • Education: You did a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Negotiation skills and sales strategy: You are a strong negotiator, are a strategical thinker and you have an understanding of global pricing structure and trade regulations.
  • Supply chain and logistics management: You have the knowledge of international logistics, supply chain management, and have the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across regions
  • Regulatory knowledge: You understand global food safety standards and labelling laws.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision making skills: You are proficient in Data Analysis, marketing research and have used CRM tools to track and predict customer needs and performance.
  • You have deep understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices.
  • Cultural competence and communication: You are fluent in English (German is a plus). You have cultural awareness and have the ability to adapt communication styles in different contexts.
