Accounting Analyst

Important transnational company requires to fill the vacancy of Accounting Analyst with an initial contract of 6 months and with the possibility of extension to an indefinite contract.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of accounting closing activities.

• Monitoring and tracking of invoice registration by the service center in Mexico and businesses.

• Analysis of accounts payable (GR/IR accounts monitoring, others)

• Analysis of payroll accounts

• Analyze operations related to fixed assets by current accounting and tax regulations.

• Generate purchase and sales reports to validate monthly taxes.

Experience

• Bachelor - Graduated in Accounting. (Mandatory)

• 3 years of experience in similar positions. (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Intermediate knowledge in SAP-FI (Essential) and desirable in modules such as MM, CO, and SD.

• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point (Intermediate Level).

• Basic knowledge of taxation (desirable).

• Intermediate level English

• Individual skills: effective communication, attention to detail, critical analysis skills, organization, adaptation, and proactivity in problem-solving.
