AECOM is seeking an Office Management Specialist III for our location in Los Angeles, CA.
• Under minimal supervision, plans, coordinates, supervises and administers secretarial support services for a large group.
• Plans and implements the office services budget.
• Develops, implements, directs and coordinates office policies and programs consistent with company and group philosophy and objectives.
• Has responsibility for clerical personnel functions, office relocation, facilities remodeling and other functions necessary for the efficient operation and performance of the group.
