We are looking for a Field Service Resource Manager to oversee 4-stroke automation and propulsion section. The successful candidate must possess in-depth and broad technical knowledge and the role is based in Singapore

Your main responsibilities are

  • Monitoring, leading and developing and maintaining 4-stroke automation  and propulsion FS competence and resource optimization according to the market and business requirements and demands
  • Securing the delivery of the right skill at the right place and at the right time.
  • Securing the job is done first time right
  • Job performance to ensure best customer experience
  • Ensure the implementation of the processes and tools according to business as ensuring safety for the personnel, Quality of work and that safety and environmental guidelines are followed
  • Promote WCI (Wartsila Continuous Improvement) in the processes to improve the customer experience and customer value
  • Ensure the teams are structured to ensure smooth decision making, priorities, target setting and simplicity.
  • Ensure close collaboration with key internal stakeholder such as sales, project management, OE and QEHSS.
  • Take a proactive and active role in developing the 4-stroke automation and propulsion business, ensuring no surprises and informed decision making to ensure success of the Business
  • Ensure on time and accurate reporting
