About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing team at our manufacturing location in Arvada (6692 Fig St.) The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the general ledger, journal entries, financial reporting and any A/R duties as needed. This position requires you to be proactive, independent, think on your feet and adapt to our fast paced, ever-evolving business needs.
A Day In The Life:
Manage the Accounts Receivable (A/R) process, including billing and account reconciliation
Perform month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Prepare and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial records
Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger and its integration with other financial functions
You Will Thrive In This Role If You Have:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting
Bring 3+ years of GL accounting experience to the table, including monthly close, cash reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
Are able to work on-site at our Arvada office (6692 Fig St, Arvada, CO 80004) four days a week
Are a self-starter with a passion for driving improvements and developing new processes
Possess strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and comfort with accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial processes
Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with Acumatica ERP is a bonus)
This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and/or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
