As a Product Analyst – Business Data & Insights (m/f/d), reporting to the Head of Product Operations, you will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to improve product performance and enable informed decision-making across the organization. You will drive actionable insights, automate analytics, and create scalable tools to ensure the business leverages data effectively. What can you expect?
As a Product Analyst – Business Data & Insights (m/f/d), reporting to the Head of Product Operations, you will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to improve product performance and enable informed decision-making across the organization. You will drive actionable insights, automate analytics, and create scalable tools to ensure the business leverages data effectively. What can you expect?
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics (e.g., ARR, MAU, retention) to evaluate product performance
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into product success
- Design scalable data pipelines to centralize KPIs and reduce reliance on ad-hoc requests
- Implement tools to automate reporting and improve decision-making processes
- Develop actionable insights to guide product and business strategies
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers and cross-functional teams to align analytics with company goals
- Recommend improvements to data collection and analytics processes
- Enable better feedback loops by integrating usage analytics into product iteration cycles
- 3+ years in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS, sustainability, or supply chain industries
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker) and data pipeline design
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency
