Qualifications:

  • 🖥️ Back-End Development and ML/AI Development skills

  • 🌐 Experience with Databases, LLMs, Rags, and AI Agent applications

  • 🔧 Knowledge of Front-End Development

  • 🌍 Thrives in a Remote Team Environment

  • ⚛️ Good knowledge of JavaScript and Node, Python, React, (APIs), and architectures

  • 🧩 Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills

  • 🚀 Self-Motivated and Eager to Learn, attention to details

  • 🌟 Experience with Version Control Systems (e.g., Git) is a Plus

  • 🌞 Interest in Climate or Energy-Related Technologies is a Plus

More Specifically:

  • You are looking for high impact, high ownership role building something meaningful.

  • Backend: Proficient in FastAPI/Django/Flask, Celery/RabbitMQ and Supabase/Postgres

  • AI: Proficiency in Langchain, RAG, embeddings, multi-step AI agents, AI agent evals & finetune

  • (Preferred) Search Algorithm Technology: Experience in search engine development, familiarity with re-ranking algorithms, embedding algorithms, fuzzy search, word2vec
