About Us

Isometric is the world’s most trusted carbon registry. We issue scientifically rigorous carbon credits to help Fortune 100 companies avoid greenwashing while tackling climate change.

Our customers include Google, Meta, J.P. Morgan, McKinsey and Microsoft.

We're growing quickly, but we’re intentional about hiring people who contribute to our unique culture. Our team is smart, meticulous and courageous—but warm, kind and supportive too.

We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. If you want to join a company that gets important stuff done quickly, with no drama—then let us know.

Tackling climate change at Isometric is a career-defining role.

Working here will be unlike any job you've had before.

Things you’ll do in this role:

  • Hire, grow, support, manage and fire members of your team.

  • Help your team design the systems and make technical decisions that affect our product and infrastructure.

  • Partner with product and design peers to define the roadmap and drive outcomes in your team.

Things we’re looking for:

  • Eagerness to learn new things and ask all the questions. We are science-driven and expect everyone to get stuck into the climate world.

  • Drive to urgently solve big challenges without obvious solutions. We’re doing novel things that no one person knows the answer to today.

  • Bringing good energy and humility in how you show up. It’s a tough problem but we can’t give up.

This role isn’t for you if:

  • You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We’re in the office three days per week.

  • You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist.

  • You’re looking for a short term gig. Everything at Isometric is designed for the long term: our business model, our compensation/reward system and our decision-making processes. You should only apply if you’re looking to make a move that will last 5-10 years.
