### 🎉 Position: City Lead Manager (This is a Volunteer Role)
Location: Remote
Work Hours: Minimum of 10 hours per week
Position Type: Volunteer (no financial compensation)
Start Date: Immediate
In this role, you will support local city leads in organizing events and promoting community engagement, acting as a brand ambassador for 4WARD. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about building relationships and managing communities! 🌈🌍
### 🏆 Key Responsibilities
Recruit and Manage Leaders: Onboard new local leaders. 🤝
Foster Engagement: Encourage discussions on platforms like Circle and WhatsApp. 💬
Organize Events: Assist in planning local climate awareness events. 🎊
Build Relationships: Network with city leads and climate tech groups. 🌟
Convert Attendees to Members: Engage participants to become active platform members. 🙌
Monitor Metrics: Track growth and adapt strategies with leadership. 📈
Lead Global Events: Coordinate events across cities worldwide. 🌍✨
### 🎓 Qualifications
Experience in event planning focused on sustainability. 🎉
Strong communication skills and knowledge of climate tech. 🌱
Familiarity with management tools like Eventbrite and Circle. 🛠️
Commitment to volunteering at least 10 hours per week. ⏰
