As a Product Manager in the B2C domain, you will take ownership of a key aspect of our 1KOMMA5° Mobile App: driving energy insights and visualization of home energy management system performance, AI optimizations, monetary savings, and ecological impact, enabling customers worldwide to engage fully with their personal energy journey. Leveraging your strong expertise and proven experience in energy insight visualization, you will play a pivotal role in our Energy Data Team.
This team focuses on developing and enhancing how we visualize energy consumption and generation data, providing clarity on Heartbeat AI decisions, price curves, and live system statuses.
Your work will empower customers to make informed decisions about their energy usage and understand the value of their renewable energy systems. You will define the roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. You will work closely with designers, data and mobile app engineers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into innovative, scalable solutions that bring energy data to life in an intuitive and engaging way. Your main focus will be to:
Define the product roadmap, coordinate and prioritize tasks, ensuring that teams are working efficiently to meet project milestones and that the flow from customer orders to full activation is smooth and optimized.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development.
Foster communication between teams, including developers, product managers, and external partners, to ensure everyone is aligned and moving towards common objectives.

Managing the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Representing the needs of our global customers and driving the digital product strategy of 1KOMMA5° in close collaboration with the App & Product Leadership team.
Analyzing and testing potential features with developers, making data-driven decisions based on KPIs and market analyses.
Crafting precise user stories and structuring development workflows according to SCRUM methodology to ensure efficient delivery processes.
Regularly presenting project progress to maintain transparency and keep all stakeholders informed.
Ensuring that projects are documented, well-coordinated, and regularly updated for transparency and progress tracking.
The successful candidate will have:
Several years of experience as a Product Manager, specializing in the conception and development of apps or features, ideally with exposure to energy data, app development, or similarly fast-paced environments.
A strong passion for design and technology, ready to create a transformative customer experience in the clean energy sector.
Proven expertise in managing timelines, addressing bottlenecks, and fostering seamless collaboration across multiple departments.
A proactive mindset and a true team player, willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of your product.
Proficiency in standard digital project and product management tools such as Jira, Figma, Miro, or Power-BI, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, making it easy for you to connect and collaborate effectively across the organization
Very strong written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
