Part of the Digital Business Group, you will be located at Grenoble Verkor Innovation Center. Reporting to ERP solution manager, you will join a team composed of implementation leaders, technical administrators and level 2 application support.
This position is open to Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree
In this context, you will be in charge of supporting the run of the SAP S/4 Public Cloud solution at Verkor Innovation Center (VIC).
This position entails level 2 support to business teams in SAP daily usage, focusing on Procurement and Logistic area. You willwork also on user administration and knowledge management (Work Instructions, Troubleshooting matrix...)
Responsibilities :
Actively contribute to Verkor ERPcore solution run phase ,
Provide a rigorous support to key users and end-users on operational activities,
Level 1 and 2 issue solving,
Escalate to Level 3 ERP leader(s) on needs (technical issues, improvement opportunities),
Analyze cause of recurring incident with ERP leaders,
Support business activity in terms of change management, keep up to date work instructions and ensure consistency with business process mapping,
Perform non-regression testing (ie. during S/4 cloud upgrades campaigns or integration evolutions),
Participate to data monitoring (preventive control),
Provide some support on BI daily usage,
Manage user access in respect of SOD.
Requirements :
Technical degree in Information Systems or a related field
Familiar with ERP systems
Knowledge of supply chain / logistic process
Familiar with IT systems usually interfaced with ERPs (PLM, MESetc…)
Familiar with data analytics (database queries, data visualization)
Excellent written and oral skills
Problem-solving mindset, can-do attitude
Curious and willing to learn new ways of working in a fast-changing environment
Ability to manage priorities
Ability to collaborate with several teams, including at distance, in a multicultural environment
