We are looking for a Marketing Manager who resonates with our vision, mission and our focus on excellence. You need to be someone who has a holistic understanding of marketing, from analytics, to strategizing and executing on content and campaigns, to social media, to website development and maintenance, to SEO and project management. You need to be able to wear many hats simultaneously, not only able to build relationships with partners who can spread our message and reinforce our brand, but also building on warm leads – be it clients or candidates.

We move fast at AltGen, so you need to be someone who is on their A-game each and every day, able to manage your time well and plan but also able to quickly adjust your plans to gain the most leverage from evolving landscapes and how best to cater to them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategize, develop and execute on marketing plans and campaigns that align with organizational goals
• Communication with internal stakeholders to ensure entity objectives are executed on and achieved
• Content ideation and generation
• Establishing and reinforcing partnership relationships with PR and events companies
• Social media and mailer management and execution across our platforms
• Responsible for analytics and ROI tracking and monitoring
• Campaign and paid advertising management
• Website maintenance and management
• Engaging with service providers – e.g. hosting, print etc.
• Managing and upkeep of budgets
• Overview of design deliverables
• Project management of ad-hoc marketing projects
• Research and market insights
