Tasks:<ul><li>Meet order intake and sales annual expectations connected with Dairy and Beverage applications.</li><li>Ensure all sales orders are negotiated with acceptable gross margin contribution according to defined targets.</li><li>Keep existing customers and increase nowadays GEA Westfalia Separator market share with new customers for Dairy and Beverage applications.</li><li>Support Head of Sales to define sales strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.</li><li>Support Head of Marketing to define marketing strategy for Iberia Beverage and Dairy New Machine market.</li><li>Manage, control and report whole offer project management process: contact customer, definition of scope with customers &amp; Business Line, commercial discussions and support project execution.</li><li>Prospect and cooperate with external partners</li><li>Manage customer relationships.</li><li>Support product development projects.</li><li>Support Service Sales Business.</li><li>Support Financial Department when customers are not up to date on payments.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University Degree in Engineering</li><li>Min 3 years’ relevant experience in similar functions</li><li>Know-how of state-of-the-art sales process, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM)  </li><li>Proven skills in negotiation &amp; contracting with customers</li><li>Understanding of corporate finance</li><li>English (proficient)</li><li>Deep understanding of business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations</li><li>Open-minded and solution oriented, strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Team player, good networker and negotiator </li><li>Very good communication skills, strong salesperson</li><li>Strong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different level</li><li>Availability to travel</li></ul><div>We offer:</div><div><ul><li>A flexible remuneration package </li><li>Work-life balance hybrid working model as a combination of home-office and working in the office </li><li>23 vacation days per year </li><li>Great work environment as part of a collaborative team  </li><li>Internal training and career development opportunities at national and international level  </li><li>Be part of a "Top Employer 2025" company.</li></ul></div><div>GEA values equal opportunities.
