Responsibilities:

• Managing a machining production line and organizing and ensuring day-to-day operations 

• Ensuring that orders are processed in line with deadlines and quality standards

• Leading/conducting team and planning board meetings as well as cross-departmental meetings

• Implementing line targets within the framework of company and department targets

• Independent further development of the production line

• Collaboration in project groups and management of projects

• Close cooperation/communication with the adjacent production lines and with the design departments 

• Communicating and enforcing occupational safety, environmental protection, quality management requirements, company and legal regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Completed training as an industrial foreman/mechanical engineering technician (m/f)

• Experience in machining

• Management experience and leadership skills desired

• Strong quality awareness 

• Knowledge of lean management and HSE 

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Good software knowledge of the common MS Office programs

• Knowledge of SAP and Hydra desirable
