Identify growth opportunities across different EMEA markets by analyzing online market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights and enable implementation in our key countries
Develop multi-channel strategies in line with our overall business objectives and create roadmaps for countries (assortment, pricing, activation) to drive profitable sales
Implements and supports data driven decision processes through current and new tools, external sources and first party data (e.g. digital shelf, Kantar, Market Research Agencies, etc.)
Provide with actionable insights on category and product level per channel, country or marketplace and support the implementation in our key countries
Collaborate between regional, local and global teams (sales, SCM, digital marketing) and lead cross-functional teams
Master in business administration / sales
3-5 year experience in e-Commerce environment (FMCG or Nonfood), preferably sales & marketing
Proven track record in managing e-commerce channels and customers with deep understanding of eCommerce strategies and P&L
Excellent project management and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with individual and Teams (own and inter-functional teams)
