Job Description

Responsibilities:
- 3.5 exciting years of training: You will immerse yourself in the world of chemical production - directly at our Norderstedt plant.
- High-tech & hands-on: You will learn how to manufacture chemical products and how to control and monitor machines and systems in chemical production. This will give you plenty of practical experience.
- Comprehensive laboratory training: In addition to working on the machines, you will also get fit in the laboratory and expand your knowledge of chemistry and quality control.
- Basics in metal and plastics processing: From creating simple workpieces to maintenance - you will gain solid skills in material processing.
- Personal development: With us, you will not only grow professionally, but also personally and become an important part of our team. Our aim is to give you the best possible support and help you graduate.
Qualifications:
- School-leaving certificate: You have a good secondary school leaving certificate with strengths in natural sciences.
- Technical understanding & curiosity: You find it exciting how production processes work and like to get hands-on.
- Reliability & team spirit: You are responsible and enjoy working in a team - people can rely on you.
- Varied training: Practical and versatile - we prepare you optimally for your career start.
- Fair pay: 1,100.00 gross per month in the first year of your apprenticeship plus Christmas and vacation bonuses and a company pension scheme.
