Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives and Enterprise Account Executives to ensure exceptional performance, collaboration, and professional growth. This includes regularly monitoring team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and support to achieve sales success.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement innovative and effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Pipeline Development & Oversight: Oversee the creation, growth, and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that the team exceeds aggressive sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Support Account Executives in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within both prospective and existing client organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Operations to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
  • Complex Negotiations: Guide the team in navigating multi-stakeholder negotiations and decision-making processes to close new business opportunities. 
  • Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an updated revenue forecast, and provide regular reports on team performance, market trends, and other key metrics to executive leadership.
  • Market Feedback: Identify and communicate product and market feedback gathered from frontline prospects and customer discussions to Product, Marketing and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Leadership Team Participation: Actively participate in the leadership team to help guide the strategic direction of the company.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Go-to-Market Collaborations: Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to align strategies and create joint success for top-of-funnel activity.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure partner-driven lead flow, revenue impact, and overall ROI. Regularly report on partner performance, revenue contribution, and growth potential to senior leadership.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiations with customers and prospects to establish agreements that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both parties.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in early-stage B2B SaaS companies, including co-selling with sales teams, establishing new sales processes, and driving expansion into new products and markets.
  • Expertise in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on managing complex and high value deals. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Climate Technology and its market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with SaaS pricing models, licensing structures, partner incentive programs, and partnership-driven lead generation strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to saving the planet.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% annually for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in the healthcare technology industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to build trust and close complex deals.
  • Strategic thinker with proven tactical execution skills.
