(Junior) Engineer - Smart Building (w/m/d)

• As a (Junior) Engineer (f/m/d) you will develop innovative predictive control algorithms for buildings to optimize their efficiency and performance.
• One of your main tasks is to implement these algorithms in the aedifion .controls framework and contribute significantly to the continuous development of our platform.
• You will also define requirements for the further development of our aedifion .controls framework to ensure that we are always in line with the latest technology.
• You will continuously evaluate and optimize existing algorithms to ensure that they meet high standards and offer real added value to our customers.
• You will actively work in an interdisciplinary, agile team that convinces through collaboration and innovative ideas.

• You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the field of engineering development.
• You have already gained practical experience in programming with Python as well as with building energy systems.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems are among your strengths.
• Team spirit and communication skills are essential for you to work successfully in an interdisciplinary environment.
• A very good knowledge of German or English and knowledge of MS Office rounds up your profile.
