What Makes This Role Unique?

  • Global Exposure: Contribute to Projects in diverse Regions, including Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, Latin America and Asia whilst working with skilled cross-cultural teams.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Play a key role in structuring EPC Execution models and resource strategies. Help shape critical decisions on contracting approaches, new market entries , and technology selection.
  • Leadership Visibility: Collaborate with Senior leadership across different departments in Scatec as well as with external stakeholders and participate in high-level decision-making processes involving multimillion-dollar contracts and company strategies.
  • Innovative Environment: Work alongside one of the most experienced engineering teams in Solar, BESS, Wind and soon H2.
  • Comprehensive Project Experience: Gain hands-on experience with Scatec’s integrated EPC model, giving you insights into the full project lifecycle—from planning to execution.
  • Career Growth: Develop your project execution expertise while building leadership skills as a people manager, creating a clear path for growth in both technical and managerial capacities.

Qualifications and competencies

  • Education: Relevant degree, preferably with Engineering subjects or Commercial relevance 
  • Experience: 15 years experience with EPC projects – leading large scale projects
