In this role, you will ensure all Aurorans are set up for success by answering service requests, providing best practices, and assisting with any technical hurdles that may arise. You will also influence our IT support scope by listening to our staff and implementing new solutions that can help them succeed. What you’ll do:

  • With a primary focus on the IT Service Desk, identify, troubleshoot, solve or escalate issues arising from end-user hardware and account-related inquiries.
  • Read the importance of current requests and prioritize accordingly.
  • Escalate and redirect issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Educate and evangelize best practices through a combination of written documentation and opportunities for internal presentations.

What we value:

  • Previous quantifiable experience in technical support, specifically Service Desk workflows - preferably Second Level.
  • Cross-functional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A deep desire to grow and contribute to the success of others.
