Graduate Business Development Associate

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We are currently looking for a Graduate Business Development Associate to join our Environment Testing division in Cork.

This role is an ideal opportunity for those who are recently graduated / starting out in their Sales career and wish to develop their current skillset. Whilst previous sales experience is preferable, we are keen to speak to candidates who are committed, pro active and can demonstrate enthusiasm towards the Life Sciences industry.

• Identifying leads and developing prospects to generate project pipeline.
• Key account management, identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.
• Work towards KPI’s.
• Identify market trends.
• Work with group marketing to devise marketing materials and tools.
• Execute on the local requirements of global agreements.
• Assist in the timely completion of Sales Reports.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
• Identification of growth opportunities.
• Ensure timely and good quality handover of won work to the logistics, operations, and lab teams.
