Responsibilities:

• Financial and Business Targets: Achieve financial business targets (Sales, Profit, Working Capital, Business Growth Investments) and other non-financial targets for CIS countries.

• Strategy and Market Excellence: Define and implement specific country-distributor strategies and Go-To market excellence to ensure target achievement.

• HR and People Management: Oversee effective HR and people management, including annual talent and performance management, development, coaching, and counseling.

• Corporate Entrepreneurship: Act as a corporate entrepreneur by creating, developing, and executing ideas, programs, and initiatives relevant to the company.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Freudenberg and FHCS practices, strategic objectives, reporting deadlines, and defined corporate policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Over 5 years of successful professional experience in an international and multicultural environment. Experience in leading distributors is a plus.

• Managerial Skills: Strong functional managerial experience with a sales-driven attitude and excellent self-motivation skills.

• Education: University degree required; an MBA is advantageous.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Russian. Proficiency in Turkish is beneficial.

• Leadership and Development: Demonstrates good leadership skills and a commitment to personal and organizational development.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage change effectively.

• Holistic Thinking: Strong ability to think and act holistically.

• Strategic Execution: Proven ability in strategy setting and execution.
