We are looking for a Head of Investor Relations who will be responsible managing and overseeing all investor relations activities and communicating the Company's financial performance and strategy including to enhance the Company’s relationships with the investors and analysts at large.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with the Company's overall objectives and financial performance goals and communicate the same effectively to the Investor Relations community.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare presentations, assist in the writing of press releases, and other communication materials for Board Meeting, Earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
Devising and sharpening of investment case for the Company to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain best in class financial and Investor communication, including Corporate Presentation, Board Presentations, Earnings Release materials, transcript, Investor Q&A, Investor Section of Company website and to ensure SEBI Listing Regulations compliances as applicable to the listed company.
Organize, Lead and participate in Investor conferences, road shows, in-office meetings etc.
Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective investors as well as analyst covering the sector
Identifying potential new Investors while supporting existing Investors by maximizing the reach to the Investor Community.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, key developments in industry and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management including equity research analyst positions and summaries, stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and disclosures.
Lead preparations for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events. Collect and collate operational metrics as needed, work with other teams such as ESG, Strategy, Sales and marketing etc. to facilitate external engagement and reporting.
Perform ad-hoc business analysis and financial modelling.
Support M&A related work.
Positively Influence analyst reports on the Company by strongly presenting the investment case and future potential for the business.
Lead in creating high quality Annual Report for the Company.
Bench marking presentations, annual reports and other disclosures by peer companies and incorporating industry-wide best practices.
Conduct research and analysis on prospective businesses that would be right fit to existing business that can be consolidated and to provide updates to the management with regards to industry sub-sectors updates and trends seen in the industry where the Company operates.
Stay abreast of best practices and industry standards in investor relations, continually seeking opportunities to enhance our approach and improve transparency and accountability.

Your Background:
Post Graduate / MBA with Finance as specialization preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant position with a proven track record of success in investor relations roles particularly in a large cap listed company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives and enhance shareholders’ value.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to investor relations and public listed companies in India.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
