We are seeking a proactive and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead in launching and growing our marketing strategy for Enpal’s entry into the French market- a new and exciting venture for our company. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand development. As a key player in our expansion, you will be responsible for building the marketing framework from scratch, driving lead generation, and executing campaigns that establish Enpal as a leading renewable energy provider in France.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to successfully launch Enpal’s brand, with a focus on creating a strong, localized presence. Define key messages and position Enpal as a market leader in solar energy and heat pumps.
Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.). Adapt global marketing strategies to the French market, considering local preferences, culture, and regulations.
Manage and optimize key marketing channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and native advertising (Outbrain, Taboola). Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy development to performance analysis.
Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance across multiple channels. Manage raw data sets and extract actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Prioritize marketing initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. Balance the need to scale marketing efforts with limited resources, ensuring the most impactful initiatives are executed efficiently.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective use of resources to drive ROI and meet business goals. Make data-informed decisions to optimize spend and prioritize high-impact activities.
Work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving results and business growth. Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to understand market dynamics, competitor behavior, and industry trends.
