We are seeking a hand-on Business Development Manager – Operations to organize the launch of our operations in the French market—a new and exciting venture for our company. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong operational background preferably in the photovoltaic residential sector, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for renewable energy. You will take ownership of setting up the installation machine and scaling our capacity in France.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the end-to-end process for solar panel installations, from initial customer purchase through to final setup and operational success. Ensure timely, efficient, and customer-focused installations.
Work on the ground and roll up your sleeves occasionally to gets things going in the initial phase
Ensure the timely completion of your construction projects and turn customers into fans
Ensure compliance with our construction standards
Optimize constantly the Project Management setup and investigate opportunities for improvement
Identify, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with skilled solar panel installers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards. Build and maintain a reliable network of installation partners.
Address challenges proactively, including logistical issues, resource shortages, or unforeseen installation complications, always ensuring smooth operations.
Prepare the operations infrastructure for future market expansion, ensuring processes and systems are scalable and adaptable.
Recruit and develop a successful team by hiring, onboarding and setting up processes.
