- Execute NGS (next generation sequencing) library preparation (i.e., bulk RNA sequencing), quantification, and sequencing workflows to support the Gene Editing team.
- Operate and maintain NGS sequencers (Illumina and Oxford Nanopore platforms).
- Work in the sequencing space cross-functionally, with the ability to manage multiple requests and queues.
- Deliver NGS data with clear expectations of timelines to multiple teams and promptly update stakeholders of run completion.
- Effectively manage inventory of DNA, RNA, libraries, and sequencing reagents.
- Maintain detailed documentation of NGS run performance and scientific work in an electronic notebook.
