The Additional Work - Technical Agreements Specialist is responsible for identifying and recapturing unplanned billable costs to customers, providing insight in spare parts management and engine operations, and ensuring profitability through accurate billing and data management. This role requires proficiency in Excel and SAP for building detailed billable reports and maintaining comprehensive financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and identify unplanned maintenance costs with possibility to invoice back to customer.
  • Stock replenishment analysis and approval
  • Review supporting documentation to send to customer
  • Ensure adherence to contractual agreements
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management regarding billing and cost matters.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience cost management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP for data management and reporting.
  • Power Bi and RPA knowledge, advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
