We are now looking for a 

 

Country Agreement Manager
 

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Paris (France) but also Dakar (Senegal) is a possible location.
 

What you will be doing
 

As Country Agreement Manager your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead and manage team of Agreement Managers in the Africa Region,
  • Understand market segment, customer's business and manage interactions with different stakeholders to meet strategic goals,
  • Manage, monitor and develop the Agreement managers team in own responsibility area,
  • Ensure agreements are delivered according to contract and having performance-based mindset seeking for continuous improvement,
  • Define action plans for assigned agreement team according to business strategy,
  • Continuous improvement mindset, fostering this way of working with the team. Evaluate performance compared to baseline performance for selected key performance indexes,
  • Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships up to MD level / key stakeholders,
  • Organize and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers,
  • Ensure corrective actions are taken on Satisfaction survey feedback,
  • Coach team to identify and focus on sales opportunities, Create value together with customers by climbing the services value ladder,
  • Lead by example at organizational level. Inspire, motivate and guide others to adopt vision and strategy for the organization.. Cultivate an open, cooperative and collaborative learning culture for the organization.
  • Ensure top customers' account plans are thoroughly followed,
  • Identify, assess and manage potential risks in the assigned Agreements portfolio, by utilizing data and anticipating any potential gaps in order to make strategic decisions,
  • Understands all regulation changes and updates, with the impact on customer and company analysis,
  • Demonstrate commitment to QHS, Environmental; Quality Systems, WCI and actively participate in Wartsila initiatives

 

 
To succeed in this role, you should have a Master’s degree in Energy, Industrial Engineering or a related field and

 

  • Fluency in English. Another European language is an advantage.
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience with a track record of tangible contract agreement
  • A positive, proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for driving your work.
  • Experience in Negociation and sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in project management

  • Diriger et gérer une équipe de Responsables des contrats dans la région Afrique
  • Comprendre le segment de marché, les activités des clients et gérer les interactions avec différents acteurs pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques,
  • Gérer, surveiller et développer l'équipe des Responsables des accords dans sa zone de responsabilité,
  • Veiller à ce que les accords soient livrés conformément au contrat et adopter une mentalité axée sur la performance en recherchant une amélioration continue,
  • Définir des plans d'action pour l'équipe d'accords assignée en fonction de la stratégie commerciale,
  • Adopter une mentalité d'amélioration continue, en favorisant cette manière de travailler avec l'équipe. Évaluer les performances par rapport aux performances de référence pour les indices de performance clés sélectionnés,
  • Maintenir et développer davantage les relations clients assignées jusqu'au niveau de la direction générale / acteurs clés,
  • Organiser et participer à des réunions de vente pertinentes avec les clients,
  • Veiller à ce que des actions correctives soient prises sur les retours des enquêtes de satisfaction,
  • Former l'équipe à identifier et se concentrer sur les opportunités de vente, Créer de la valeur avec les clients en gravissant l'échelle de valeur des services,
  • Diriger par l'exemple au niveau organisationnel. Inspirer, motiver et guider les autres à adopter la vision et la stratégie de l'organisation. Cultiver une culture d'apprentissage ouverte, coopérative et collaborative pour l'organisation,
  • Veiller à ce que les plans de compte des principaux clients soient scrupuleusement suivis,
  • Identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques potentiels dans le portefeuille d'accords assigné, en utilisant les données et en anticipant les éventuelles lacunes afin de prendre des décisions stratégiques,
  • Comprendre tous les changements et mises à jour de la réglementation, avec l'impact sur l'analyse des clients et de l'entreprise,
  • Faire preuve d'engagement envers la QHS, les systèmes de qualité environnementale, le WCI et participer activement aux initiatives de Wartsila.

 

 
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir un Master en Énergie, Génie Industriel ou un domaine connexe et

 

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais. Une autre langue européenne est un atout.
  • 4 à 8 ans d'expérience pertinente avec un historique d'accords contractuels tangibles
  • Une approche positive et proactive, avec la capacité de prendre en charge et de responsabilité pour mener votre travail.
  • Expériences en negociation de contrats
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec une attitude orientée vers le travail en équipe.
  • Expérience en gestion de projet.
