We are now looking for a  

 

Sales Support Associate

 

to join our team working for a better future.  The preferred location for the position is in Fareham, UK.

 

What you will be doing  

 

As the Sales Support Associate, your key focus is supporting the team in handling running subscriptions and agreements, supporting reporting and supporting sales administration activities.
In this position you will be reporting to Team Lead Sales Operations Subscription Sales and the GM Sales operations & Support. 

 

As Sales Support Associate, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Provide customer analytics and statistics on sales activities and data consumptions (SaaS)
  • Preparation of actions for financial improvement of customer transactions
  • prepare required system changes to improve accurate customer Invoicing/Billing
  • Customer Information on upcoming transformations on their subscriptions required
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with customers on execution of contract changes.
  • Update relevant customer (account) and Opportunity Information in CRM / ERP
  • Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction
  • Meet specific- and team performance targets. 

 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:  

 

  • Exposure within B2B sales admin / -support. 
  • Fluent English spoken and written.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (essential), ERP and CRM (advantage) applications.
  • Knowledge of the maritime environment and products (advantage)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to work independently to fulfil tasks
  • Open to new technology and environment that is in a constant change.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
