Proposal Manager
Solutions Sales Support (Americas) is now looking for a Proposal Manager to strengthen our team. The desired location for this position is Houston TX.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field of study, and 5 – 10 years of experience in developing and managing proposals in the power generation market.
As a Proposal Manager, you will focus on these responsibilities:
• Support in lead origination and market development in designated countries (region)
• Proposal Management work
• Configure sales solutions according to customer requirements
• Leading technical clarification management (deviations, clarifications and risk)
• Lead technical risk mitigation work
• Generate sales opportunity cost calculation for new build projects
• Ensure accurate cost calculation and co-ordinate/support follow up of cost deviations between sales budget and actual costs
• Lead technical discussions and support contract negotiations with customers
• Participate in Risk & Opportunity reviews
• Participate in Sales Kick-off meetings (MS01)
• Support and/or participate in Win / Lost sales project analysis
