This is how you will grow:

This specialist is responsible to support the project manager for the Electric/Electronic integration and buildability of a vehicle project. 

  • Organize Project Status and project related Task Force meetings. Write protocol and update task list for progress tracking.
  • Distribute protocol as required. Prepare meeting presentation before meeting.
  • Send reminder for upcoming due dates to effected project team members and track updates.
  • Prepare project status reports, highlight changes and upcoming due dates, distribute project reports to team members after approval.
  • Provide and update change overview for project and distribute report on a regular base.
  • Provide and update build overview for project and distribute on a regular base.
  • Analyze new part/software introduction dates for feasibility in project.
  • Prepare project status reports and meetings for upper management, test presentation before meeting, take meeting notes and tasks during presentation, actively follow up with tasks to ensure deadlines are fulfilled.

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

  • Degree in Electric/Electronic engineering or proof of similar qualification.
  • Experiences in organization and leading of project teams
  • Fluent in English
  • > 2 years of experiences in related job field.
  • Good knowledge in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Able to summarize complex topics into easy and quick understandable messages
  • 5+ years job related experience with automotive background preferred
  • Good understanding of change management and its implications preferred
  • Able to read and talk German or Spanish preferred
  • Experiences in Automotive Project Management preferred
  • Knowledge of Automotive Electric/Electronics preferred
