This is how you will grow:
This specialist is responsible to support the project manager for the Electric/Electronic of a vehicle project.
- Support organizing project status meetings and task force meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes and project status overviews.
- Tracking and updating of project deviation overviews and task list
- Write protocol and update task list for progress tracking. Distribute protocol as required.
- Send reminder for upcoming due dates to effected project team members.
- Prepare project status reports, highlight changes and upcoming due dates, distribute project reports to team members after approval.
- Provide and update change overview for project in related field – send data on a regular base.
- Provide and update build overview for project – send data on a regular base.
- Analyze new part/software introduction dates for feasibility in project

Requirements
This is how you will take us forward:
- Bachelors in Electric/Electronic engineering or proof of similar qualification with degree.
- Experiences in organization and leading of project teams
- Fluent in English > 2 years of experiences in related job field.
- Good knowledge in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Able to summarize complex topics into easy and quick understandable messages
Preferred:
- 2+ years job related experience with automotive background
- Good understanding of change management and its implications
- Able to read and talk German or Spanish
- Experience in Automotive Project Management
- Knowledge of Automotive Electric/Electronics
