Position Overview
Apollo is seeking a driven individual to join their expanding Institutional Client Group team focusing on Midwest Sales. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and client support responsibilities, including:
Working with sales and product team to provide support on team deliverables, including presentations, data management and bespoke projects focusing on strategy and sales.
Coordinating group investor meetings including roadshows.
Working closely with the firm’s investment professionals, marketing and communications professionals to coordinate thought leadership distributions.
Responsible for creating and/or reviewing internal and external meeting memorandums and presentations.
Partner with the product team, marketing, and communications to prepare materials for roadshows and conferences.
Customizing marketing materials and talking points for upcoming meetings.
Compiling market data and incorporating market research into investor presentation materials.
Researching various databases and maintaining internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor information.
Alongside senior Partner, liaise with existing and prospective investors to help manage the sales process (ex. From prospecting, diligence, close).
Represent Apollo in Investor meetings and aid in prospecting and including potential for occasional travel to represent the sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
4-6 years of prior experience.
Bachelors degree required.
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a willingness and desire to learn are critical.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate complexity with simplicity.
Strategic thinker with strong judgement.
Professional and personal integrity.
Proficient in excel with the ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet.
Highly proficient and creative in PowerPoint with the ability to create marketing slides, enhance our sales pitch, and update data.
Self-starter who can work effectively within a team, as well as independently.
Pay Range
$160,000 - $190,000Apollo Global Management, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries and affiliates) is committed to championing opportunity.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
