We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoy having the freedom to directly own and impact parts of the Enter product. Your mission

• Ensure a cohesive and user-friendly product experience across your crew's portfolio, focusing on intuitive and simple solutions for complex challenges.
• Produce user-centric wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and documentation for the Customer App and automated Smart Assistant.
• Drive the discovery process in collaboration with the Product Growth Leader and the Tech Lead, building sufficient confidence in concepts through a pragmatic approach.
• Identify and prioritize key customer pain points using CSAT and NPS metrics, and continuously improve the user experience through impactful design solutions.
• Conduct user research, and collaborate closely with engineers and the product team to ensure seamless implementation.
• Advocate for consistent and cohesive design principles across the company.
• Execute the Enter Product Strategy in our portals

Your profile

• You enjoy delivering solutions to users end to end without hiding behind a product manager
• You have extensive experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer or any other UI/UX-related role (5+ years of experience).
• You have advanced proficiency in design software such as Figma, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite and more.
• You have strong skills in creating mockups, prototypes and design systems.
• You are up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, technologies, and design psychology.
• You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize customer pain points.
• You have excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to brand-based product design.
• You know how to build sufficient confidence in an idea or product with just a few simple steps.
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams but are also able to work independently.
• You have excellent time-management skills.
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required).
