We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoy having the freedom to directly own and impact parts of the Enter product. Your mission

• Design a comprehensive Salesforce strategy to support Enter's business objectives in close collaboration with senior management.
• Accountability for Enter's Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service Management integration.
• Select and implement architecture best practices to create a scalable and sustainable Salesforce platform.
• Evaluate new Salesforce technologies and capabilities and recommend their integration to continuously improve the platform.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.

Your profile

• You enjoy delivering solutions to users end to end without hiding behind a product manager
• Extensive professional experience in Salesforce and a proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and an understanding of the interrelationships between different Salesforce products and components.
• Salesforce Architect certification or similar high-level Salesforce certifications that validate your technical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts clearly and understandably to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams and the ability to encourage and inspire others.
• Fluency in German or English to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
