The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to support our growing business by managing campaigns and automating marketing processes. In this key role, you will execute and optimize campaigns across customer touchpoints, implement scalable marketing workflows, and ensure the smooth operation of our marketing tools and platforms to drive efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

Develop CRM Strategies

  • Map and refine customer journeys to ensure a seamless experience across all stages, from onboarding to reactivation
  • Create and implement customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies to align with our business objectives
  • Optimize lifecycle campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead the creation of re-engagement and win-back strategies to reduce churn

Plan and Execute Campaigns

  • Work closely with local teams across our markets to align CRM activities with business targets
  • Design and launch campaigns across our marketing channels
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and customer insights

Automate Marketing Processes

  • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and others to streamline campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement processes
  • Integrate various marketing and CRM platforms to enable seamless data flow, improve team efficiency, and support scalability as the business grows

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM marketing or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a start-up or in a B2C rental business is a plus
  • Expertise in Zapier and/or Make
  • Results-driven and doer mindset
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on detail to manage complex workflows and ensure process accuracy
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Other languages (French, Spanish, German) are a plus
  • Expertise in Intercom is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL for advanced data analysis is a plus
