Your Responsibilities with Us
Who we are looking for- Structure and optimize the finance function at trawa by establishing efficient processes and tools.
- Take operational responsibility for areas such as budgeting, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and controlling.
- Collaborate with external partners like tax advisors and accountants to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement new processes and systems hands-on and continuously improve existing workflows.
- Build and lead a highly effective finance team in the future.

What You Bring
- A degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Three or more years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling—ideally in a start-up environment.
- Enthusiasm for numbers, processes, and tools, paired with a “hands-on” mentality.
- Experience collaborating with external partners, such as tax advisors and accountants.
- Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a desire to take on responsibility.
- Proficiency in digital financial tools and a solid understanding of business processes.
