Apollo Capital Solutions (“ACS”) anchors the Firm’s capital markets, syndication, and dedicated origination efforts. As one centralized team, ACS partners with each of the Apollo’s investment businesses to provide capital markets expertise, structuring, execution and ultimately drive syndication efforts on investments across the Credit, Hybrid, and Equity spectrum. The Role
ACS is seeking an Associate to work across Apollo’s Capital Markets Equity and Credit Syndication businesses to build and implement the overall syndication strategy, process, execution and reporting framework. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in driving Apollo's syndication initiatives, playing a critical role in the firm's comprehensive capital markets and syndication strategy.

Qualifications & Experience
At least 6 years of experience in either investment banking, investing, fundraising or business strategy for a capital markets team
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience or strong interest in financial service technology solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong focus on building relationships and contributing to business growth
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Organized and efficient in project execution
Significant interest in data design and business-building exercises
Background in investor or deal management
Understanding of financial and/or credit and equity analysis, valuation, and primary fundamental research and their application in investment decisions and transaction structuring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a willingness and ability to work across products or geographic lines
High level of motivation and strong attention to detail
Thrives in a rigorous, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Series 7 / 63 desired, not required

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
