As the Lead Growth & AI Product Manager for Sustainability you'll drive product-led growth initiatives and AI-powered optimization strategies across the product portfolio. You'll identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance user experience, automate workflows, and accelerate growth metrics. Working closely with customers and analyzing user behavior, you'll optimize the product experience and implement AI capabilities to maximize conversion, engagement, and efficiency metrics.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute comprehensive growth strategy across the full product funnel, from acquisition to revenue expansion

  • Own critical growth metrics including user acquisition costs, activation rates, conversion rates, retention cohorts, and expansion revenue

  • Design and implement extensive A/B testing programs to optimize user flows, onboarding experiences, and conversion points

  • Build and optimize self-serve acquisition channels to drive efficient user growth

  • Create data-driven onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-value and improve activation rates

  • Develop and optimize product-led conversion points throughout the user journey

  • Partner with marketing to optimize acquisition channels and improve funnel conversion rates

  • Identify and execute on viral growth opportunities within the product

  • Design and implement engagement loops to drive user retention

  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with product, engineering, and marketing teams

  • Regularly present growth metrics and insights to senior leadership

  • Partner with AI Product team to identify and implement AI capabilities that enhance product value

  • Evaluate AI use cases across the product suite for technical feasibility and business impact

  • Establish performance metrics for AI-enhanced features

  • Monitor and optimize AI feature adoption and impact

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on product led growth

  • Proven track record of driving significant growth metrics through product-led initiatives

  • Proven success driving product strategy and product releases in a comparable environment (SaaS, enterprise or experience working with subscription-based business models)

  • Experience with AI/ML product development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions

  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS products with growth and AI capabilities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong background with growth frameworks and AI product methodologies

  • Familiarity with large language models and generative AI applications

  • Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI development

  • Undergraduate degree with a preference for an MBA

Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Up to 20% travel to meet customers, stakeholders, and product teams at other Workiva locations

  • Reliable internet access when working remotely

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $151,000.00 - $242,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
