Job Description

Project:
HumeLink East involves the expansion of the existing Bannaby 500 kV substation, along with the design and construction of 230km of new 500 kV double circuit transmission line. This new transmission line will connect the Bannaby 500 kV substation at the Wondalga interface point with HumeLink West.

Role:

This role will see you work collaboratively across the project, interfacing directly with workforce employees, construction supervisors and superintendents.

This role has the option to be either Part Time or Full Time.


Responsibilities:

  • Daily uploads of timesheets within the legislative EBA guidelines

  • Wages reconciliation against gate entries and relevant databases

  • Timely resolution of payroll enquiries

  • Ordering and issuing of PPE clothing

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees into payroll systems

  • Other ad hoc adminstration duties as required

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Previous experience with MS Office - specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Great attitude and initiative

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good attention to detail and time management

  • Approachable and friendly demeanor
