Job Description
Responsibilities / Tasks
Gathering and translating data points into actionable insights is a key factor to successfully communicate in the digital world. As our digital data specialist, you will define and implement state-of-the-art tracking solutions and help leaders, marketeers, and content creators to successfully promote how GEA engineers for a better world. As a member of the Digital Channels team in the Group Communications and Brand (GCB) function, you are responsible for managing reporting & dashboarding, running data models and collecting insights to increase business impact.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Supporting the business in identifying KPIs and reporting solutions
- Collecting and verifying data from multiple sources, such as our corporate website, social media channels and intranet.
- Cleaning and analyzing information to create actionable reports and insights
- Designing data visualizations and reporting solutions, including PowerBI dashboards
- Maintain and further develop GCB’s impact score model with consolidated analytics across external and internal channels – to track content performance, engagement, and reputation gains over time.
- Establish routines to embed data driven insights into content management processes
- Supporting our stakeholders in taking data-driven decisions and evaluating the success of their marketing campaigns
- Performing regular data integrity and quality audits
- Work closely with all teams across the Group Communications and Brand function and divisional marketing functions at GEA
Your Profile / Qualifications
Profile And Qualifications
- Strong passion and interest for data
- University degree in information management, data analytics, computer science, or a similar discipline
- 3+ years of work experience as a data specialist
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus, Danish not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with end-user training and support
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and solutions
- Ability to work successfully in a multicultural environment
- Highly motivated team player with competence to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization
