We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support our Supply Chain and Quality teams. As the Financial reporting, analysis and forecast lead, you will partner with Finance and Operations teams to manage costs to the targets, ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and develop and maintain robust forecast models. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work with ad-hoc analysis for Supply Chain and Quality, and ensure financial insights drive all key decisions.

You Will:
- Manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and variance analysis across Headcount, OpEx, Capital, and COGS.
- Lead end-to-end financial planning, month-end reporting and analysis.
- Partner with Operations to deliver financial insights, analysis, and business cases to drive cost efficiencies.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Quality leadership to establish financial and operational KPIs and guardrails.
- Partner with Corporate Finance and other cross-functional teams to drive and deliver optimized financial plans and reports.
- Drive strategic initiatives, such as cost reduction programs, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Develop and standardize financial models and metrics to improve business effectiveness.
- Present cohesive financial reports with clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- At least 3 years relevant experience working in Operational finance roles or in a related field.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills including experience working with large-scale data mining/query and reporting tools (examples: SQL, Tableau, SAP SAC) and specifically with financial systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
- Proven technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
- Demonstrated effective written, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Established ability using Microsoft Office software with a high proficiency with Excel and Power Point.
- Supply Chain or Manufacturing Finance experience at an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier is a plus.
- Not afraid to foster constructive dialogues, disagree and commit and drive decisions.
