Who we are looking for - this position is based in New Kensington, PA
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a growing IT Team as part of a mission driven organization? You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of complex IT solutions across the enterprise as well as our users’ efficient and effective use of those solutions.
What you get to do
- Work closely with personnel across the enterprise to gather requirements, research, evaluate, design, plan, implement, and support critical business software and services and improve existing processes and infrastructure.
- Monitor service health and improve proactive monitoring processes for better service insight and alerting.
- Provide guidance to Software and Digital teams and other administrators across the businesses.
- Define, document and follow standards and best practices for systems design, testing, implementation, and security.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Base articles, and Troubleshooting Guides which promote user and administrator self-service.
- Drive scripting and automation to develop solutions to common problems.
- Serve as ultimate resource for resolution of complex problems in a timely and proactive manner.
- Work with VP, IT & Security to identify skills gaps and build the IT function.
What you bring to the Team
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or related field).
- 5 years’ experience managing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- 5 years’ experience diagnosing and fixing IT services, using logical problem solving to quickly identify and address root cause even if not previously acquainted with the service.
- 3 years’ experience engineering new enterprise solutions from requirements gathering through implementation, documentation, and operational handoff.
- Experience (including the ability to setup, configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot) managing complex multi-forest / multi-tenant / multi-cloud environments.
- Significant experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Entra ID (fka Azure Active Directory), Teams, SharePoint, Security and Compliance Center, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
- Experience with and an understanding of feature/functionality differences in Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and AWS GovCloud, preferred.
- Experience with various Microsoft 365 integration and migration scenarios (e.g., on-premise to M365, M365 to M365, Google to M365, etc.), preferred.
- Experience with Fortinet network equipment, a plus.
- To conform to U.S. Government technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S.
