The Role: 

We're seeking a manager to oversee all things related to contracts and documentation to be the driving force behind our compliance processes. Reporting to our General Counsel, you'll take ownership of critical compliance workflows that touch every aspect of our business, from project documentation to regulatory research.

In this role, you'll serve as the key coordinator for essential contract management tasks across the organization. You'll manage the full lifecycle of documentation requirements for a project while maintaining our contract tracking system and legal calendar. Your attention to detail will be crucial in overseeing compliance for legal entities, documenting ITC qualification, and satisfying contractual obligations.

A significant portion of your responsibility will involve preparing and organizing documentation for project financing submissions. This includes coordinating title reports, developing material deviations reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date submission documentation throughout the process. You'll also conduct vital research on community solar program rules as we expand into new markets, and provide support for landlord negotiations using our established contract playbook.

You will become the General Counsel’s new best friend by turning complex requirements into clear, systematic processes that ensure nothing falls through the cracks. As we grow, you'll help establish and maintain the infrastructure that keeps our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
